Since Dr. David Wheeler is the inventor of a number of products, methods and technologies (many of them patent pending), he is involved at a much more foundational level than many other individuals, doctors and companies. Almost everyone else in the marketplace selling health or environmental products depend on other people and companies to provide the products that in turn are resold to the general public, retail stores, and healthcare professionals.

For those individuals and companies that resell Dr. David Wheeler’s products, technologies, and books (through Health Breakthroughs International, LLC and any of his other companies), there is always a legal standard that involves rules, regulations, and laws when it comes to health claims and other representations. It is the responsibility of any reseller to abide by this legal standard for health and environmentally related products, technologies, and books as it applies in any given jurisdiction. In the United States this legal standard is relevant to each state that is usually enforced by state attorney generals and the federal government that is primarily the responsibility of the Food and Drug Administration, Federal Trade Commission and other relevant agencies. Outside the United States the way countries organize and establish enforcement varies considerably, but remains the responsibility of each reseller to understand and apply correctly.

Dr. David Wheeler and or the management of Health Breakthroughs International, LLC and any of his other companies have the right to demand an immediate discontinuance of reselling their health and environmental products, technologies, and books if there is a violation of federal and state rules, regulations, and law in the United States. The discontinuance of sales also applies if there is a violation of any rules, regulations, and laws in other countries and jurisdictions outside the United States. If any such violations take place with any reseller, Dr. Wheeler and or his companies have the right to immediately stop selling products, technologies, and books to that reseller.

Any company and/or individual who purchases or takes on consignment of Dr. Wheeler’s and/or Health Breakthrough International, LLC’s (or any of Dr. Wheeler’s companies) products and technologies intended for resale or even if this involves a representation without the intent to resell, is contractually bound by the Reseller Policy Notice placed on this website.
