ADVAITA VEDANTAREFERENCE INFORMATION Advaita Vedanta Hinduism has many different facets which may seem totally different to the outsider. On one end there are people devoted to Krishna in such a way that they are attempting to be accepted into Heaven after their passing on this earth in a way that has some similarities to Christianity, except for the major difference between worshipping Krishna or Christ, of course! On the other hand, Advaita Vedanta is more akin with Zen Buddhism and places total emphasis on transitioning from false knowledge about the nature of reality to realize Enlightenment. Past lives, future lives and heaven are not considered relevant; but instead it is more important to be present in the here and now. Advaita Vedanta can be translated from Sanskrit as non-dual knowledge. Therefore adherents of Advaita Vedanta have a focus on resolving the false knowledge of duality in terms of their state of consciousness. Enlightenment is a state of consciousness that a person transitions to after resolving the knots of ignorance in the energy systems of the body so that the seer, process of seeing and the seen are not fragmented and separate. The false individual self is dissolved and the already present and real Universal Self shines forth. Comments: The Oregon doctor that received instruction in how to make a Perfect Living Water that is called Avalon Water as well as receiving a sequence of spiritual initiations called The 12 Keys of Avalon from the Goddess of Light (the Female aspect of the deity) states the following about Advaita Vedanta, "Practicing Awareness Integration Method based on drinking Avalon Water is really one and the same as practicing the principles of Advaita Vedanta. There is a connection created with Immortal Truth and then a person lets go of effort so as not to interfere with the integration of a coherent energy system in the body to support an enlightened state of consciousness. Even in Advaita Vedanta there can be wide variance on how to approach the false state of self understanding. My inclination is more towards the way in which Ramana Maharshi presents the process of integrating non-dual truth into ones state of being. If I were to identify any human being as my Guru, I would say that Ramana Maharshi is my Guru but even Ramana Maharshi has indicated that dualism can result form a person focusing on someone else as their source of truth outside of who they are. So, there is a paradox of yes and no when it comes to viewing someone as their Guru. Actually Guru translates from Sanskrit as the Light that dispels darkness. Everyone, according to Ramana Maharshi, is already the Light and needs to do nothing at all but shine unto itself. Aha, another paradox! Even considering the notion of doing nothing could be viewed as doing something. It is easy to see how Advaita Vedanta is similar to Zen Buddhism with the paradox of the Haiku going on during the whole process of dealing with duality versus non-duality. A profound difference between Ramana Maharshi and other revered spiritual teachers of Advaita Vedanta is how their own Guru relationship manifests. In the case of Ramana Maharshi, he has acknowledged that his Guru was the mountain he lived on, Arunachala in South India. During his life he worshipped Aurnachala as the Lord Shiva, or the Immortal Reality. This connection with the earth, in my opinion, is the primary reason why Ramana Maharshi manifested the expression of Immortal Reality through his body energetically in a fundamentally different way that has never been presented on the earth until his life time. He has stated that when Enlightenment dawns there is an opening of the heart not in the center of the chest, but on the right hand side. From the right side of the heart he states that a specific nadi (energy channel) opens called the Amrita Nadi, which translates as the Immortal Current of Bliss. My own experience of energetic evolution in my body is the same: the right side of the heart needs to open as a part of the over all unfolding of the body as a vehicle for consciousness so that a current of bliss energy can flow to the crown of the head and then down throughout the whole body. Avalon Water contains the vibrational and energy information to bring about the opening of the right side of the heart and the subsequent opening of the Amrita Nadi. Avalon Water is connected to the energy of the planet so that when people drink it they are tuning into Divine Intelligence that resonates in its physical structure. This connection with the earth has everything to do with this next state of human development with the opening of the Amrita Nadi from the right side of the heart (anatomically, the right side of the heart is probably related to the sino atrial node). Based on Rupert Sheldrakes Morphic Field theory, Ramana Maharshi has started a new memory pattern for people to resonate with. Gradually, from people drinking Avalon Water and practicing Awareness Integration Method, more and more people will create this new heart opening until a sudden phase transition takes place and this heart opening becomes common with more and more people. Ramana Maharshi has started the beginning of Advaita Vedantas capacity to change the world and literally save the human race from self annihilation by virtue of once and for all allowing people to completely transcend concepts and belief systems that people hold onto that in turn bring about the us versus them situation in the world. Us and them will dissolve in the light of Immortal Truth and harmony will reign between each person and all of humanity. |
