This is a first edition article that will still take some refinement with editing and inclusion of more information. The goal is to give people the first draft and then provide a follow up that will read better but will take much more time to complete.

Introduction

I have written many different articles and have created booklets on The Keys of Avalon™ at various stages of their transmission to me until it was clear that the teaching became complete with all 12 Keys in place. In addition: 1) there is what is called the 13th Key that is not really a specific initiation but the energy behind the mantra, what is beyond the doorway of Avalon; and 2) there are six additional advanced attunement type initiations to further integrate the foundational 12 Keys of Avalon and finally what is called the 8th Chakra Initiation to allow for the sequence of transcendence, transformation and transfiguration that is all about both an enlightened state of consciousness as well as enlightenment based on the physical body ascending into a state of Light.

However, in hindsight I now realize that I cannot convey the infinite depth of the teachings that have come from the Goddess of Light. All I can do is explain the best I can and be at ease that only direct experience by people participating in the direct transmission form the Goddess of Light will suffice as a complete explanation. There, read what I have to say about my own life and I how came to receive the Keys and about their different facets and then decide whether or not to participate in a learning process of direct experience based on intuitive guidance from within.

Modern teachers constantly fall into the trap of trying to explain ancient spiritual truths by using the language of scientific deductive reasoning in order to come up with a seemingly more palatable offering to the public. But this approach always backfires, as I know from being involved in Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s TM movement as a teacher and initiation in the seventies. In the early 1960s Maharishi tried informing the Western public about how the mantras of the Vedas (fundamental books of knowledge in Hinduism) attract the beneficial influence of the Gods and Goddesses from higher planes/dimensions of existence. After seeing a lack of interest from both the general public as well as the scientific community, Maharishi proceeded to couch the whole system of TM in a veil of scientific type language, which attracted Westerners in droves. However, the ultimate result was a huge backlash from several dissatisfied ex teachers and meditators, with only a small percentage of real practitioners left over from the millions who were initiated into TM to receive a meditation mantra (I absolutely do not share in the resentment expressed by many people that communicate online from being involved in TM and as a teacher, but only look back on my involvement with fondness, respect and devotion knowing that the greater purpose of my life was served – I also felt that I had connected with Maharishi on a very deep level and only remember him with Unconditional Love).

My attempts to explain The 12 Keys of Avalon will not leave out any aspect of the significance of the Goddess of Light and the Higher Power that is behind these. I will not attempt to satisfy the mechanistic sensibilities of those who want to hear about eastern spirituality only when it has been deflated on the basis of modernistic science. I do however attempt to integrate the traditional concepts found in The 12 Keys of Avalon teachings with the advanced physics approach of the M-Theory about causation based on an 11 dimensional universe. I will attempt to explain what I see as the growing connection between advanced physics, cosmology and the spiritual truths in the Goddess of Light’s teachings.

Therefore, I would like to proceed with the following: a simple explanation about what The 12 Keys of Avalon are and how they were discovered, including some background about how I came to participate in receiving the teachings from the Goddess of Light, how they fit into the broader picture of teachings from the Goddess of Light, the real science connection, why Water is the most important practical component of this teaching to induce life changing experience and how the Keys compare with other teachings (such as Transcendental Meditation and Reiki). And of course, I will explain who the Goddess of Light is to the best of my ability.

History of Becoming an Initiator

I became interested in authentic spiritual initiation after being discharged from the army with service in Vietnam in 1971. A few weeks after arriving back in Portland after being discharged I was initiated in Transcendental Meditation as taught by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Looking back farther in my life, from the age of 10 on, I was intensely interested in spiritual matters that were not part of my religious upbringing in the Episcopal Church. I began reading everything I could find on what is considered alternative spirituality from the library and bookstores. To put it simply, I knew as a young child that there was more to life than what I was being told by figures of authority that represented the mainstream of American religious culture and scientific community.

While in the military I became a Rosicrucian with the organization called AMORC, which provides spiritual instruction by mail order based on an occultist and magical interpretation of western spiritual traditions. I discovered very quickly that this non-personal approach to teaching did not satisfy my quest for spiritual truth at all. I was disappointed with the lack meaningful experience in the Rosicrucian teachings because of my strong attraction to it through out my youth.

While living with my parents in Beaverton, Oregon after discharge from the army, I started practicing Hatha Yoga and read many different books on eastern spirituality. Noticing my interest in eastern religion, my mother passed on an article in a local weekly paper about Transcendental Meditation (referred to as TM). I went to a lecture on TM at Portland State University in January of 1972. Maharishi’s TM organization was only charging $35.00 for instruction at the time so I took the last savings bond I had left and cashed it in to receive my mantra.

From the very start TM was a dramatic opening for me. After the initiation, in which the Teacher sang a lot of words in Sanskrit and swung around flowers, incense and other objects in front of a picture of Maharishi’s teacher, I received a Sanskrit mantra that turned out to be variation of traditional Tantra mantras representing the Goddesses from the Hindu pantheon. I loved my new mantra and walked out of the initiation totally blissed out and seeing a subtle glow everywhere I looked.

Eventually, after finally becoming very involved in the local TM organization, I became a TM teacher and initiator after going to a teacher training course in Spain for several weeks along with a few thousand other people from the US and Europe. In those days Maharishi still participated extensively with personal appearances and the cost was reasonable (I only paid $1200 for a round trip ticket from Portland to Spain and my room and board for a few months).

Becoming an initiator was a vital step in path to eventually receive The 12 Keys of Avalon from the Goddess of Light. Even though I almost dropped out of TM teacher training while in Spain due to the intense kundalini opening that took place, I quickly discovered at the training course very directly that the Goddess of Light and other Higher Beings of Light wanted me to finish becoming a teacher. The Goddess of Light came to my rescue to make sure I did not drop out. It became clear that becoming a TM teacher would help connect with the spiritual initiation process that goes on between the three dimensional and higher dimensional levels. And even more than that, these higher beings also recognized that my becoming a TM teacher would be important later on for reasons I do not totally understand even as of today.

With about two weeks left, I almost dropped out of the course because my kundalini was blasting through my body and causing what Maharishi called unstressing symptoms. I had overwhelming headaches and a lot of emotions welling up. I made the mistake of telling a course leader about my unstressing and I was told unless it stopped I could not become an initiator and teacher of TM. Later on in my investigations of other meditation systems, such as Sydha Yoga as taught by Swami Muktananda, I found out it was normal to have these unstressing experiences with intense meditation practice that may manifest as body movements, headaches, other sensations and emotional catharsis. It seemed to me later on that Maharishi had the whole unstressing issue backwards: if you weren’t unstressing, then kundalini energy was not flowing in the body and opening the nadis and chakras so that negative interference could be released in order to evolve in one’s state of consciousness. In other words unstressing, or what is traditionally called kriyas in Sanskrit, is the normal outcome of meditating every day and more so from meditating for several hours a day as was the case at TM teacher training courses.

After the TM teacher training course leader told me that I couldn’t continue with becoming a teacher, which involved receiving the TM mantras directly from Maharishi, I at first came to the conclusion that there wasn’t a chance in hell that I would be able to finish because of the severity of my unstressing symptoms. But as I was wallowing in my despair about the real possibility of never becoming a TM teacher, I suddenly felt and saw an immense presence that literally seemed to be floating in the sky nearby, which now in hindsight I know was the Goddess of Light that began to appear to me years later to initiate me into The 12 Keys of Avalon. I could feel this presence begin to quickly heal all my physical, mental and emotional symptoms. Although I was somewhat puzzled by what this huge energy presence was at the time, I knew at the time that I was communing with a living being made of energy rather than being strictly physical. I assumed that what Maharishi called a Deva was healing all of my unstressing symptoms brought up through intense meditation practice so I could finish teacher training and receive the mantras from Maharishi. Later on this sort of communication with Higher Beings became very common in my life after the Goddess of Light began to appear to me.

After stating repeatedly and very sincerely that all my unstressing symptoms had disappeared, the course leaders let me continue with becoming a TM teacher. I received the mantras from Maharishi and in doing so had my first real experience of how power from the Higher Dimensions can be transmitted into the earth plane via an a human who serves in the functional role as an initiator. I performed the Puja ceremony that involves singing Sanskrit phrases and waving flowers and incense in front of a picture of Maharishi’s teacher before receiving the mantras. A tremendous power coursed through my whole state of being. It was like the ultimate meaning of what Charismatic Roman Catholics call being totally slain in the spirit. I was engulfed in an unlimited ocean of Light Energy. I then truly began my journey as an initiator for others to connect with the Higher Powers of the universe for healing and enlightenment.

First Initiation by the Goddess of the Gorge (Goddess of Light)

For several years I was a totally committed as a TM teacher and practitioner. I initiated a number of people into TM and it was always the same. I could hardly stand up as the Power of Divine Energy coursed through me to connect with the initiate. But then an event in 1997 began to change the course of my life.

I was working as a recruiter for a business college and was driving back to Portland from a trip to The Dalles, Oregon after attempting to sign up a new student. It was a hot sunny day in August and little did I suspect what would happen.

As I drove along appreciating the majestic glory of the scenery along the Columbia River, a sudden shift in consciousness took place. A brightness permeated everything that I saw. I was bathed in an infinite ocean of sweetness. Wherever I looked, there I was. I was in the far distance of all that I saw in clouds, sky, river and mountains. At the same time, all that I saw was right where I was sitting in the car. And even more inscrutable, everything was where everything was at. All fixation of identity disappeared in the briefest moment of time. I couldn’t find the limited self of who I was or what anything was.

I also saw the ancient God and Goddess of the Columbia River. Their identity was as real as any person, but was immense in reaching to the depths of the river and into the sky and across the mountains on each side. Although I knew I was seeing God and Goddess of the river, I could not at this time put this perception into a meaningful description of form. It wasn’t until many years later that I actually saw the form of God and Goddess in their bodies of light energy. I could now understand how the native people of the region may have felt about the sacredness of the Columbia Gorge and the river that flowed through it.

The dropping of what I call identity fixation remained permanent, although not so contrasting as compared to the first few minutes and hours after the initial experience. Separate things seemed like a distant dream that I could only barely remember. The previous concept of non-duality that I had studied in the TM organization was the only reality. However, I could never completely fit this unified experience that goes beyond the mind into Maharishi’s seemingly logical explanation of the different levels of enlightenment.

I did not realize the full impact of this radiant opening of Unity experience in the Columbia Gorge until years later. I wasn’t sure at first that the energies in the Gorge were even responsible for the awakening experience, but that possibly this was the natural outcome of practicing TM. For sure TM had a place in my evolution of consciousness so I could find my true path with the Goddess of Light in the Columbia Gorge. Becoming an initiator and meditating with my TM mantra in order to dissolve the limitations of individual self into universal self was all part of my process to begin receiving the Goddess’s teaching.

Leaving TM and Experimenting with other Teachings

In my daily meditation practice with my TM mantra and the other components of my meditation program from Maharishi, I reached a place where I my experience was no different with eyes open or closed. I would close the eyes and try to start the mantra in order to transcend and would realize that I had already transcended before starting to meditate.

Thus I began my journey to experience other teachings, meditation practices and initiations. I became a Reiki teacher and meditated with Muktananda’s mantras and even went to the Sydha Yoga Oakland and Upstate New York ashrams. I was initiated into Surat Shabd Yoga, Knowledge from Maharaji. I sat with advaitist teachers such as Bhagavan Nomi, Jean Klein, Andrew Cohen and Poonja (on a trip to India).

I must add a special statement about Reiki, which is what first attracted me beyond the confines of TM. It took a lot for me to break away and try some other spiritual teaching. Doing so was considered a sacrilege and would get a teacher permanently black balled from the TM organization with all future advanced teachings and any association with the any component of the organization, including my local TM center. But I knew that I wasn’t completely getting the "spiritual juice". I wanted to drink from the cup divine to truly enjoy the nectar of the Gods. I was not getting that in totality from TM. With Reiki I discovered an approach that really concentrated Cosmic Energy into the physical plane. I truly enjoyed this aspect of the teaching and practice of Reiki. But ultimately I had to let go of Reiki because just like TM it was important to experience as a part of my development but was not ultimately my real path. Furthermore, Reiki involved a lot of doing, and it was clear that my path was about understanding the full implications of non-doing. Pure Being.

After becoming a Reiki Teacher and meditating with Muktananda’s mantras to connect with the process of Shaktipat, the inner music of the sound current and the inner subtle light of the bindu opened in my meditation practice and daily life. I found that going back to the TM mantra became an impossibility, even if I personally wanted to. The inner music and light were already there leading on an inner spiritual journey that was beyond all mantras, symbols and other conditional forms used as vehicles for meditation practice. If fact, I found that all intentional meditation practices seemed to fade away even I was attempting to do them. Doing always disappeared into non-doing in that there is nothing to do, nowhere to go and no one to be in the present moment. Just to be.

Teaching in the 1980s

After graduating I became involved in Cable Television management, which was a kind of quirky development that came up unexpectedly. I took an entry-level management position in Portland after graduating from Chiropractic School in order to earn income as a tried to figure out opening a practice with no money to do so a the time. Somehow I became known in the cable television industry very quickly because of my daring marketing changes in Portland, Oregon.

I eventually was recruited by a headhunter to take a job with Viacom in San Francisco, where I had 300 people under my command in customer service and sales. Although I realized very quickly that this would be my last job working for anyone other than myself, I made a transition while living there into the spontaneous capacity to initiate people with what is called Shaktipat. In TM, Reiki and other spiritual teachings there is a formal initiation process. In fact, TM had the most involved spiritual initiation process I have experienced that really comes out of traditional Hinduism. But in Sydha Yoga there is no real formal initiation, only Shaktipat, which goes on all the time in the presence of the Guru or teacher. This presence does not have to be in person, but simply by thinking of the Guru, reading a book about or by the Guru, meditating with the Guru’s mantras and so on. I received my most dramatic Shaktipat from Muktananda by reading his autobiography. Of course, this is the initiation of Shakti, which is the opening of the divine female energy or kundalini at the base of the spine to find union with the divine male energy at the crown of the head.

I discovered my true capacity to give shaktipat to other people on the day before leaving San Francisco in order to return to Oregon to start my Chiropractic Practice. I was eating in my favorite pizza restaurant with a friend Paulette Allen and suddenly as we were sitting there talking a blazing light enveloped the two of us. I looked into her eyes and could see an amazing dance of brilliant energies. Paulette said to me, "David, you have penetrated me to the core of my being!"

I discovered that there was a dance of light energy between myself and everyone that I met after my initial Shaktipat transmission to Paulette. At first, with the Shaktipat I spontaneously transmitted, it was almost too much to bear in terms of the intensity. I often became very hot physically as I felt energies connecting to other people by simply being around them. I could also sense that initiation was going on with people everywhere that I was not in personal contact with. I was radiating to the Cosmos. But after awhile I got used to it and seemed almost normal!

I started a meditation group in 1984, which had it’s foundation in the Shaktipat process. The group became very large. The teaching had the flavor of what some people call crazy wisdom and everyone went through a lot of change, including myself. I ultimately pulled away from being so open to everyone and got back to taking more direct care of day to day life with kids and a wife.

Although I became a real Shaktipat teacher, eventually this was even let go of as my own process of teaching became one of the non-teacher. In my explanations of the Keys, it will become clear how teaching became replaced by what I call facilitation to help people become self empowered to connect directly with God and Goddess. I came to understand and live the path of being irrelevant except to provide an environment of spiritual initiation so that people could receive initiations directly from the Goddess of light via The 12 Keys of Avalon. Over time from being an initiate of the Goddess, I stopped having this experience of Shaktipat to other people and could simply see that people were making direct contact with the Goddess of Light as they drank Her living water called Avalon Water and from receiving Her spiritual initiations called The 12 Keys of Avalon.

Receiving and Teaching the Keys / Discovering the Goddess of Light

In 1993 I was focused primarily on my Chiropractic practice and my family. But both of these started to crumble and I knew that I had to return to more of a spiritual focus. As stated in many eastern teachings all things will pass and to focus on the temporal as the be all and end all can only lead to unhappiness. The highest level of importance should always be on one’s spiritual path to make sure that the Infinite and unchanging facet of one’s life is totally resolved. Where else could I go but the Columbia Gorge?

By this time I knew that the energies of the Columbia Gorge had been the real cause of my enlightenment experience. My TM involvement and other spiritual involvement had been an essential part of my unfolding, but the Columbia Gorge as a physical place was truly my spiritual teacher. This was a new concept for me compared to my years in TM with a focus more on an abstract tradition of teaching in Maharishi’s lineage. I discovered through reading about great teachers like Ramana Maharshi from India, who worshipped as God the mountain Arunachala he lived on. Worshiping a sacred place as God is not all that unusual and is found in many spiritual traditions.

Finally one day in the Spring of 1993 I looked at how I was living my life and realized I needed to get greater clarity about what to do about everything. On a Monday I had my office staff cancel all my appointments for three days and drove out to the Columbia Gorge.

I meditated constantly in my motel room and outside on the ground in Viento Park near the Columbia River, both of which were very close to the town of Hood River. I committed myself to the attunement with the energies radiating from the ground and river in the Columbia Gorge. I had many wonderful meditations with a lot of energy flowing through my body.

On the third day of meditating, I had not clarified anything about my life, although I appreciated the healing and revitalizing effects of being in the Columbia Gorge to commune with my true Spiritual Teacher, the rivers and mountains around me. I decided to meditate one more time with my teacher outside in Viento Park before I returned Portland.

As I was sitting on one special power spot along a trail in Viento Park, I felt a stronger energy presence than usual. Within a few minutes I began to notice that I was aware of my breathing and body in a different and unique way. Along with this physical awareness, I also began to notice energy flowing through the center of my spine and into all the chakras. The level of clarity and completeness that connected my whole body together via a radiant energy field was beyond all previous meditative experience. I could see the cells inside my own body fill with energy like small fountains spilling over with light energy.

I noticed a specific sequence of three awareness events associated with this integrated spiritual energy process in my body as I sat on the ground in the Columbia Gorge. I knew right away that these three awareness events could be taught to others in order to tap into that same expression of Divine Energy, which is the method of communicating with the Goddess of Light to bring about spiritual initiation and is called the Universal Code. I called this awareness meditation the 1st Key in the sequence of Keys that ultimately culminated in a total of 12 Keys and a 13th Key to live the reality of the Keys in day to day life.

I had not expected to receive the 1st Key and did not know at first that I had truly started on my real purpose for being here on the planet. Within a few weeks the 2nd Key manifested itself while sitting in meditation practice with the 1st Key. The 2nd Key was a functional optimization of the 1st Key, making it clear that complete commitment to Divine Life was necessary in order to evolve completely.

I must reinforce that I did not seek to receive the Keys while meditating in the Columbia Gorge. I did not even know that they existed. The other Keys continued to flow through my conscious awareness over the next six years. Along with the Keys I have been instructed by the Goddess of Light in other aspects of her teaching, including the reality of Living Water that is linked to the real quest for the Holy Grail.

After the first two Keys, the 3rd through the 10th Keys all occurred in the early morning hours. I would emerge from a sleep and slip into a deep meditative state, where I was not aware of body and surroundings. In this state I would receive the 3rd through the 10th Keys. The mode of instruction varied but involved energy, words and pictures to teach me each specific Key.

The 11th and 12th Keys were transmitted much like the first two Keys, while meditating during the day. These two Keys were precipitated by the 10th Key as a way to make a transition from the one’s core identity issues of the individual versus universal. I received almost all the other Keys outside of the Gorge, except the 8th Key, which is the one Key that is constantly practiced to stay focused on the energetic transformation of the teaching.

It was not until I received the 6th Key that I came face to face with the Goddess of Light. In the 6th Key the Goddess of Light appeared in form but not made out of physical substance. Her body and even her clothes were made out of prana and light energy. This looked like a glowing mist condensed into the form of a beautiful woman. She was very thin and stood majestically tall before me. From her eyes blazed the exponentially amplified brilliance of diamonds. When she gave me the verbal mantra of the Keys as Avalon and how to meditate with it as the initiation into the 6th Key, she told me that this was not all the knowledge I could receive in the future, but that there was no guarantee that I would. Obviously, from what the Goddess of Light has explained, my own actions and participation have an effect on the outcome of being able to receive and share the Goddess of Light’s teaching. This still seems like an almost overwhelming responsibility and I hope I can live up to the expectations that the Goddess of Light has of me.

I received an explanation of what the 13th Key is in the fall of 1999, which is named by the Goddess of Light as the Energy behind the Mantra. Avalon is the gateway to the ultimate Truth, but not the ultimate Truth itself. This perspective is in keeping with ancient Celtic and Christian teachings about the role of Avalon as the land or immortality and absolute purity which functions is a gateway to travel through in order to find the Grail and the liquid light energy of life that fills it. The Divine Energy behind the mantra has no name and is beyond all human concepts. Thereafter I eventually received what I call the 6 advanced attunement initiations to further integrate and amplify the effects of the foundational 12 Keys of Avalon. Finally, I also received the 8th Chakra Spiritual Initiation, which is the culmination of what the Goddess of Light’s teachings are all about in terms of descending divine energy – ascending divine energy – transcendence – transformation – transfiguration to realize the highest level of human evolution with an enlightened state of consciousness and a physical body that has ascended into a transfigured state of Light.

The physical body for the Goddess of Light is the Columbia Gorge, which is a common theme in many different ancient spiritual teachings. Modern religion has become progressively more disconnected from the planet in terms of its spiritual implications. The human body is the vehicle for the soul to live through. There are various sacred places on the planet that function as the physical body for some aspect of the deity. I recommend that all people visit the Columbia Gorge to come in direct contact with the physical aspect of the Goddess of Light to connect with the brilliance of her Divine message to be received by all people everywhere.

Almost Dying / Serving People with Chronic Disease

The most important discovery concerning The 12 Keys of Avalon and Living Water from the Holy Grail I don’t say much about the Holy Grail in this writing) was not made until 1999. It took me several years of studying the information transmitted by the Goddess of Light during her many appearances to me while I was in a meditative visionary state in order to be able to finalize the Sacred Geometry in Motion for potentizing water with energy and vibration. Even though I could have saved myself the misery that I went through from a life threatening disease in 1994 and 1995 from knowing how to make the Living Water of the Keys, it was not my time to do so.

In fact, it became apparent to me that I was supposed to go through my own health crisis in 1994/1995 to serve others in their own need for healing. I would not have had the same commitment or understanding concerning life threatening illnesses if I had not gone through my own and had been healed from it based on my own research. In 1995 after taking toxic medications for a parasite infection that I came down with after traveling to India, I came down with tumors in my throat, arthritis in every joint, mind numbing fatigue, colitis, dizziness and headaches. I tried everything to heal myself and even visited some of the best alternative medical doctors in the world to try and reverse the downward spiral of my health towards physical death.

But just when I had almost given up hope I researched and developed natural botanicals for the immune system that involves the use of monatomic elements that help the body transfigure into light. There has been substantial alternative research on little known components in soil and plants called monatomic elements that allow for increased photon communication between cells as well as more mainstream research along chain carbohydrates for immune system effects.

But I knew my healing was not complete. While in New York I had started teaching the Keys again. By summer of 1996 I had moved back to my home state of Oregon and focused almost entirely on developing natural supplements that bolster and balance the immune system in order to prevent and reverse all disease. Because of this focus on healing chronic disease with natural methods, I started looking at the issue of Living Water -- that was obviously an inherent part of The 12 Keys of Avalon teaching, but I had not been able to decipher the Goddess of Light’s teaching concerning the issue of water for quite awhile.

The Goddess of Light continued to appear to me over the years, although less and less frequently. In 1999 I received very important information from her that made it possible to create a Living Water that has been imbued with the highest order of Energy and Vibration in the Universe. I decided to call it Avalon™, after the most advanced theory in physics called the M-Theory that correlates with a true higher dimensional state of reality. I will explain the integration of science and spirituality more thoroughly in later sections.

Not only does the Avalon have profound implications in terms of healing the body, mind and emotions of people who drink it, there are far reaching implications in terms of spiritual practice. Drinking Avalon Water is the true spiritual practice of the Keys!

Based on using the highly potentized Avalon Water by adding just a few teaspoons to a gallon of clean drinking water a person is able to make Avalon Activated Water for drinking throughout the day, I had introduced to ultimate foundational natural supplement into my regime of alternative healthcare for chronic disease. I found that people healed from chronic disease much faster and more consistently when they drank Avalon Water every day.

Drinking Living Water / the True Spiritual Practice of the Keys

The concept of drinking water as a spiritual practice may seem revolutionary to some people. However, drinking Avalon Water every day is the only concrete spiritual practice that comes from The 12 Keys of Avalon. The Avalon Water directly connects a person with Higher Dimensional Energies and the Goddess of Light to continuously bring about purification of body, mind and emotions and deep into the soul level.

Each Key of the 12 – and the advanced attunements and the culminating 8th Chakra Spiritual Initiation is a specific form that is connected with higher energies that are not the form itself but behind it. The energy behind the form is true in all spiritual teachings. For example, in TM a mantra from Maharishi is given that is charge with spiritual energy. To receive the mantra outside the context of spiritual initiation – such as from a book – would not nave the same meaning nor would the mantra create the same changes on every level of being in order to evolve to enlightenment. By going through the spiritual initiations from the Goddess of Light Avalon Water takes on a much deeper meaning because the initiate will respond to it from the depths of the soul. But as each Key is received as a three dimensional form, it is then let go of to receive the next one. Each Key is merely a preparation for the next Key. In fact each Key is really only meant to evolve the energy system of the body to be able to accept the next evolutionary step created by the next Key. After all 12 Keys have been received as initiations, the purpose of the Keys is to live the Cosmic Energy behind the mantra as the 13th Key -- to find the energy beyond name that is discovered by passing through the gateway of Avalon. From there a person can apply to receive the Six Advanced Attunements and the final 8th Chakra Spiritual Initiation.

Drinking Avalon Water is like using a mantra on a daily basis for meditation – Avalon Water is connected to the energy and vibration of the Goddess of Light and is a vehicle for Her connection with all who drink Her Living Water. Every time a person drinks Avalon Water there is a transcendence of limitations on every level of being. IN producing Avalon Water it has gone through the process of transformation with Sacred Geometry in Motion that is intrinsic to the spiritual initiation process of The 12 Keys of Avalon to imbue it with higher dimensional energies and to create a conscious connection with the unlimited nature of these higher dimensions that lead to the Cosmic Fountainhead of all that is. By drinking Avalon Water right before sitting down to meditate with the eyes closed, awareness can make the clearest distinction between that which is unlimited and that which is limited. Meditation after drinking a small amount of Avalon Water opens up quite easily as attention is drawn within quite naturally. A linear mantra is bypassed even in its more primordial state of feeling and energy form to go directly to infinite correlation between individual and universal self. By drinking Avalon Water a person is able to bypass the limitations of the mind that is hard to let go of when using mantras and symbols as vehicles for transcending.

Over time a person gains the advanced ability to simply shift awareness to greater appreciation of Infinity in terms of its all inclusive glory. The energy behind the mantra of the 13th Key has always been there, just obscured by the mind finding reality in its own false formational structure. Mantras are transitory and must be let go of eventually. In the Keys teaching, the mantra of Avalon is used as initiation to be meditated with for only a short time. Then the mantra Avalon is let go of for all time in terms of being a vehicle to transcend limitations and merge with Universal Energy. Again, the goal is to discover the energy behind the mantra, the energy behind all forms.

The constant practice that allows a person to connect with the Energy Behind the Mantra is drinking Avalon Water daily. Water has always been revered in spiritual traditions as a substance that connects the human body with pure spirit. In fact, water is a living being according to the Grandfather of water research Victor Schauberger of Austria; and according to him actually is sentient to make conscious choices. The living being of water can be enlivened to live up to the full power of Universal Life Force that it has the capacity to connect with and express by activating it via the Spiritual Technology provided by the Goddess of Light. In fact the spiritual technology that has been revealed by me to transform regular water into Avalon Water instantly allows it become Enlightened. Where as humans usually take longer but can gain advantage from drinking this Enlightened Water in the form of Avalon Water.

When a person prays, meditates with a mantra, chants spiritual verses, focuses on symbols, engages in exercises to increase and integrate the flow of Chi in the body, all of these approaches are really changing a person by changing who a person really is on the three dimensional level of the physical body. Who you really are physically is water! The medium that holds the power of life in your body to make chemistry alive is water. Each person is 75% water. All spiritual practices transform the person in terms of consciousness and their state of health by transforming the water of the body. It is well known that simply looking at a glass of water or meditating on it from long distance will change the molecular Structure Enhancement of water as demonstrated with cryo-electron microscopy (freezing water to look at it under a microscope).

Why not go direct to Cosmic Energy without mental constructs of mantras, symbols and repetitive exercises? A person can involve the water of their body directly instead of indirectly with mental exercises by virtue of the spiritual act of drinking Avalon Water. When a person engages in any type of spiritual exercise what really happens is that the water in the body makes a higher dimensional connection to become infused with Cosmic Energy and Vibration, and therefore the body as a whole. From there, the body as a vehicle for consciousness then has the capacity to transcend limitations, which in turn evolves an enlightened state of consciousness and creates physical, mental and emotional healing miracles. Avalon Water has already been transformed with the Sacred Geometry in Motion Technology provided by the Goddess of Light so that it has an infusion and connection with Cosmic Energy that comes from higher dimensional states of existence.

In other words, let go of the mind before the mind can cause a problem with the evolution of consciousness and practical healing effects. Drinking Avalon Water as a daily spiritual practice and receiving initiation in The 12 Keys of Avalon will allow each person to evolve and heal to the highest level possible in life.

Furthermore, the body gradually transfigures into Light Energy. The Goddess of Light’s path of the 12 keys of Avalon is a direct way in which to make the jump to the next level of human evolution, which is the Light Body. This concept has been bandied around until it seems like a worn out cliché, but there is real truth in the concept. I have had personal experience in my own life when my physical body has shifted to being only Light and it has disappeared from human perception. The goal is to make a permanent shift to the Light Body so higher consciousness is truly lived through the body rather than remaining more abstract.

The 7th Key was explained to me by the Goddess as an initiation into transforming the body energetically so it can levitate, which is on the basis of reprogramming the flow of vortex energies in the body. This evolution of the body energetically to be able to lift off from the ground is directly connected with the transfiguration of the body into Light Energy. The Goddess of Light wants to give human beings the same advantages of immortal life that are enjoyed by the Gods and Goddesses on higher planes (the same as higher dimensions).

Drinking Avalon Water is absolutely necessary to continue providing the body with the vortex and Sacred Geometry information that will allow for physical levitation of the body and it’s transfiguring of it into Light Energy. The 7Th Key insures that the evolution of the body into Light comes from a soul level, which according to the Goddess of Light transformation and healing that comes from the soul level is the constant challenge in human life.

Augments All Spiritual Practices and Healing Methods

Although I have made it clear that I regard The 12 Keys of Avalon and the drinking of Avalon Water as a premier and direct path to Enlightenment and to receive healing miracles in life, neither will interfere with any spiritual path. The Goddess’s of Light’s teachings are not about confining a person’s practice to a specific approach, and in a sense her teaching is not an approach at all. All human beings should be drinking Perfect Living Water in the first place! Avalon Water is simply what water could be if the forces of nature acted upon water perfectly in the environment! Is it possible that ages of Enlightenment were the result of the waters of the earth being enlightened? Drinking Avalon Water by more and more people will have the effect of radiating Enlightenment into all the waters of the earth and restoring an age of Enlightenment.

As I just stated Avalon Water is a duplication of what water should be if it was coming from an ideal environment where Living Water was the norm. However, even the few sources of real Living Water left on the planet are not 100% pure anymore and have been degraded by the chemical and energetic pollution of modern society. There are no more pristine environments left.

More specifically, 100% Living Water is created in the environment on the same functional principles as Avalon: a potentized concentrate to add to other drinking water in order to transfer the memory of vibration and energy. The same Sacred Geometry in Motion of water and the vibrational resonance components that comes from the sacred space of some physical environments is applied in producing Avalon Water. All humans should drink perfect living water, regardless of specific spiritual or philosophical orientation. The human body requires the input of perfect Living Water in order to maintain the highest level of health and the clearest and most integrated state of consciousness.

Therefore, regardless of a person’s spiritual practice or belief system, drinking Avalon Water every day will serve the purpose of maximizing your state of health physically, mentally and emotionally as well as integrating an over-all state of being that is essential to living an Enlightened state of consciousness.

I need to make this one simple point! Regardless of whether or not you receive initiation into The 12 Keys of Avalon, you can drink Avalon Water. No one is required to go through The 12 Keys of Avalon in order to receive and drink Avalon Water! Avalon Water is available to all people regardless of specific religious or spiritual beliefs! Those people who decide to receive initiation are required to drink Avalon Water before and during the time period of receiving initiations. Of course, whether or not an initiate continues to drink Avalon water as the one simple spiritual practice that exists in the teachings provided from the Goddess of Light is up to each individual. There is only one spiritual practice other than the simple act of being aware as a human being to shift from conditional to unconditional: DRINKING AVALON WATER EVERY DAY!

Whatever spiritual teaching you practice and believe in will be enhanced through drinking Avalon Water every day. You will have a clearer and more direct connection with the Transcendental essence of all that exists. The practice of mantras and other spiritual methods will only improve by drinking Avalon Water every day!

Defining The 12 Keys of Avalon and the 13th Key

Spiritual Initiation in The 12 Keys of Avalon as provided by the Goddess of Light is fundamentally different than what I experienced in TM, Reiki and even spontaneous initiation of Shaktipat that occurs in systems such as Sydha Yoga. Where as in many of these spiritual systems the teacher or Guru is the vehicle by which the Higher Power manifests through, that is not the case in The 12 Keys of Avalon as a system of spiritual initiation.

Each Key is based on a formula called the Universal Code, which contains three components. Two of the components are conditional and the third is unconditional. Just like a mantra, symbol or some other linear expression, the components of the Universal Code in each Key are charged with Universal Energy and Vibration when they are provided in the context of spiritual initiation.

As a facilitator recognized by the Goddess of Light to impart the Keys in order to receive initiation, I do not become the actual vehicle for the Higher Power of initiation to flow through. When I present each Key the Goddess of Light, who knows no boundaries in time and space, brings Her direct expression of Divine Energy to bear on the initiate. By receiving each Key the initiate is attuned by the Goddess of Light to the Higher Power of the Universe in such a way that the ultimate effect goes beyond the comprehension of the mind.

Having given initiation as a TM Teacher and Reiki Teacher, I can relate that the experience is fundamentally different, although hard to explain. I do not experience that the energy of initiation goes through my body. I am an observer just as the initiate is to become saturated in the Unconditional Love and Compassion transmitted by the Goddess of Light and the energetic effect of the unfathomable Higher Power that goes beyond the mind. The experience is real and like bathing in an ocean of Bliss Nectar and the pure rays of the Goddess, but at the same time not limited to a place and time. As the facilitator, I recognize that I am taken out of limited space and time during initiation and that the initiation occurs on a level that goes beyond the typical subject object relation of initiator and initiate.

4th Key: Sacred Geometry in Motion transmission to the whole body from the heart to create an energetic field of luminescence around the body and energy flow through the spine
5th Key: Primordial Sound transmission to open the higher centers
6th Key: Avalon as the mantra of the Keys to open the gateway to Cosmic Reality
7th Key: Opening the Vortex energies of the body to allow for transfiguration of the physical body, which will ultimately lead to levitation of the physical body itself. This Key amplifies the energy field around the body from the 4th Key to integrate with the Golden Light of the infinite Universe.
8th Key: The inner asana or positioning that is practiced constantly in order to integrate the effect of the first seven Keys.
9th Key: Grounding the energies of the physical body to the planet in order to free the individual of all negative interference within and without
10th Key: Opening the center point of light in the higher centers of the body in order to penetrate most deeply into the soul level for healing and transformation
11th Key: Based on the foundation of the 10th Key to discover free attention, so that identity is not fixated
12th Key: To breathe within the context of free attention
13th Key: not an actual initiation but the knowledge of how to live the reality of the Energy Behind the Mantra

Is Initiation Complicated?

Many people who read a description of The 12 Keys of Avalon consider this system complicated. Although there is a tremendous amount of information behind the Goddess of Light’s teaching, absolutely no effort is required to receive initiation. If you are alive in physical form, are aware and can follow simple directions, you can receive initiation into The 12 Keys of Avalon. The focus is on direct experience and has nothing to do with over burdening the intellect!

Quest For The Holy Grail

Indicative of The 12 Keys of Avalon is the quest for the Holy Grail that each initiate is involved by virtue of receiving initiation. However, describing what the Holy Grail quest means for each person or precisely what the Holy Grail is as some limited definition is not the way I guide people on the quest. You need to find out on your own! Each initiate will discover what this quest means for them. I will also comment more on the Holy Grail in other future writings.

An Expression from the Heart

The Goddess of Light has made it very clear that there is a direct connection in her teaching between the Judeo Christian Tradition and the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. She has done so by imparting knowledge to me during visitations that did not involve initiating me into the Keys. For further information on this subject matter, the reader should refer to other writings that I have completed and still working on to further understand in more detail the comprehensive nature of Goddess of Light’s teachings that integrate the principles of more than one world religion.

However, I recommend that initiates as well as those simply drinking Avalon Water every day consider the essence of Buddha’s teaching, which is the four noble truths. They are: recognizing that all sentient beings suffer, desire and craving is what causes suffering, the need to end all suffering and the path that will allow for the state of non-attachment that will end all suffering.

By simply being aware how your cravings only lead to suffering, you can then more clearly differentiate how to tune into that which transcends the limitations of the conditional nature of suffering. This tuning in beyond the limited cycles of craving/suffering/craving/suffering and so on endlessly will transport human consciousness into a direct connection with Divine Consciousness. As in Tibetan Buddhism in regards to the Goddess, knowledge that comes from the Goddess of Light to provide humans with Avalon Water and The 12 Keys of Avalon will help us live the type of life that Buddha recommended. Living a life of right action as Buddha recommends is harder to do if a person is not purifying in order to expand one’s consciousness beyond limitations.

Furthermore, as a person drops the conditions causing lack of Enlightenment in life, the path of drinking the Avalon Water and receiving The 12 Keys of Avalon will bring expression through the heart in a way that has been described by one of the greatest contemporary spiritual teachers from India, Ramana Maharshi. He constantly referred to the location of the spiritual heart in the body as well as stating the paradox of not limiting one’s experience of the spiritual heart to just the body. People who drink the Avalon Water every day and/or receive the initiations in The 12 Keys of Avalon will open the spiritual heart in the body and beyond to express Divine Energy that transcends both object and non-object.

The Ultimate Truth is lived through the temple of the Soul, the human body.
